Using a personal trainer is an investment in your health and fitness but what about the cost? Often clients will have tried fitness apps, cheap gym memberships and short-term challenges but they all came to the same conclusion: I’m not saving money if I never do the workouts.
A personal trainer will yield better results for you than other options if you:
-
Can’t motivate yourself yourself to workout consistently
-
Cut corners or ‘cheat’ in your workouts
-
Lose interest and stop exercising within three months
If you are paying the same amount each month to not workout, surely it’s more expensive than a personal trainer?
How much does a PT session cost?
Personal training is offered privately, in gyms, outdoors and through studios. Things like location, expertise, and facility amenities influence the pricing structure.
At Recharged Training our personal training session is 45 minutes long and the cost can vary depending on how many people you are happy to work out with. We know budget and motivation are two barriers to using a personal trainer so we want to help you AND involve your friends and family.
You can choose between:
-
1-on-1 personal training ($60 a session)
-
2-on-1 personal training ($30 a session)
-
3-on-1 personal training ($25 a session)
Our trainers believe in providing exceptional value through our expertise and personalised approach to your fitness journey so we can help match you with other clients if you want a training buddy but can’t get them to come along.
How much should you spend on a personal trainer?
How much to invest in a personal trainer depends on your goals, budget, and commitment level. We recommend allocating a reasonable percentage of your monthly fitness budget to ensure you receive high-quality coaching and support. You need to eat everyday but can’t afford to eat out for every meal- once or twice a week is reasonable. Do the same with your fitness! The main meal ($65 personal training session) can be once a week while our group classes (from $10) are an easy exercise snack.
Money talks, results sweat!
Understanding the cost of personal training is essential for making an informed decision. The price of a personal trainer includes tailored expertise to level up your workouts as you improve your overall fitness, motivation and accountability to turn up, a variety of equipment maintained to ensure safety and the professional guidance of fitness experts. Don’t throw money away doing ineffective workouts- or not doing them- and invest in professional outcomes.
