Highlight how alcohol is metabolised and how to account for it when meal planning

Explain the top three barriers to managing or maintaining a healthy body composition (often mislabeled as ‘weight’)

Answer your specific question and help you establish a personal strategy to eat what you need AND what you want.
Nutrition + exercise + sleep: the boring trio of health!
If eating well, exercising and getting enough sleep were easy then we’d be out of a job! Rather than hear the same information you already know, Bryce will use his years of experience to highlight where you might self-sabotage and how he’s worked with clients to educate (or trick) themselves into better habits. Examples include:

Do you love ice cream/ beer/ Netflix? Link your favourite thing with a less enjoyable task and create a lifelong habit. Make it the reward after a 30 minute walk.

Need to drink more water? Set a timer every two hours, grab a glass of water and allow yourself a social media chill out for the time it takes to drink the glass.

Starving all day then binging on chips, cheese and chocolate at night? Come along to the seminar to hear how a few breakfast habits will prevent evening regrets.
