I get it. The problem with listening to your body is it sometimes says weird things like “cheesecake is fine for breakfast” and “I wish I could text the sink for a glass of water, it’s too far”. Let’s agree that if you haven’t stuck with it through COVID it’s probably not the right fit. Ironically, once you start a regular workout routine you’ll feel much more motivated to work out at home.
