Recharged Personal Training is dedicated to helping you. By building a strong bond with your Trainer, together you will achieve your goals. Each of us have our reasons to start so come in and discuss it with us. Our Studio is the perfect location for those who do not like that big gym feeling. We are a close group, with Trainers and Clients working together in a supportive and motivating environment. It’s hard to start, but let me tell you it’s worth it! These past eight years, we’ve witnessed hundreds of times the positive impact that exercise has on peoples lives. Each year we organize many Social Events. It’s a great way to meet new people and try something new! Just this year alone we have climbed Mount Tibrogargan, completed the TreeTop Challenge High Ropes Course at Mt Tamborine and had a beach exercise morning which included stand up paddle boarding, peddle boating and canoeing. Such great fun for everyone! We also enter four Fun Runs each year as the Recharged Runners. The last event of the year is the Bridge to Brisbane.

Studio Personal Training: 100% complete dedication to you. Focusing on building a strong foundation of exercise technique and work ethic both in the Studio and at home. Sessions tailored to suit your individual goals and fitness level. You will have a motivator in your corner to get you through the good days and the bad.
Boxercise: is awesome. It’s a high intensity, fun group fitness session for all fitness levels and skill! A combination of boxing and exercise, every class is a guaranteed workout. If you’ve never tried it but a little intimidated, don’t be. Our class is full of encouraging and supportive people who are there for a workout and some fun. Our Trainer Gary takes the class, and makes sure everyone is looked after. All gear is supplied so just bring your towel and water and you’re good to go!
Outdoor Group Fitness: is the perfect way to kick start your weekend in a healthy and positive manner! Every class is a guaranteed workout. If you enjoy the company of others this class is for you. It involves a mixture of fitness games, body weight exercises and cardio. All levels of fitness are welcome as we tailor for everyone. The class is extremely supportive towards everyone especially new comers just beginning their health and fitness journey. Our Trainer Gary takes the class, and makes sure everyone is looked after. Just bring your towel and water and you’re good to go!
Running Group: Recharged Runners are a motivated group of people of all fitness levels. Whether you’re running for fun or training for a marathon, our runners support each other every step of the way! Every Wednesday we run 5 km along Kedron Brook pathway form 6 pm. We wait for each other at the end for a stretch and chat. It’s a great way to keep active mid week. Running can be for everyone. Remember, you don’t have to be fast, you just have to go! You will never regret a run!
