Outdoor Group Fitness is the perfect way to kick start your weekend in a healthy and positive manner! Every class is a guaranteed workout. If you enjoy the company of others this class is for you. It involves a mixture of fitness games, body weight exercises and cardio. All levels of fitness are welcome as we tailor for everyone. The class is extremely supportive towards everyone especially new comers just beginning their health and fitness journey. Our Trainer Gary takes the class, and makes sure everyone is looked after. Just bring your towel and water and you’re good to go!
Location: Olearia Street West, The Hills PCYC car park entry
Time/day: 6:30am to 7:30am every Saturday
Price: $15 per session or a 10 session card for $100. The 10 session card can be used for both Boxercise and Outdoor Group Fitness.
